Ordering
(1) What countries do you ship products to?
Currently, we only ship products within the United States.
(2) How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes around 3 to 10 days for delivery.
(3) Can I cancel my order?
After placing your order, please email us before shipment to request changes or cancellations. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we may not be able to cancel it.
If you receive a product that is defective or malfunctioning, you can return it for a refund or replacement.
Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
(1) What is your shipping policy?
Once you have placed an order, we'll send you a confirmation email. Please be patient as the fulfillment process may take 2-5 business days. Once the package is shipped, we'll notify you via email and provide a tracking number.
(2) Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will provide you with a refund if the product remains in its original condition. You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the product. For assistance, please contact us by emailing customer@ihnnk.tech.
(3) Who covers the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
If the product has a functional defect, we'll cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. However, if the product has no functional issues, you'll be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
(4) When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned product, we'll inspect it within 7 business days. Upon confirming its condition, we'll proceed with the refund. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment institution may require additional time to process the refund transaction.
